Madelyn Hobbs

Madelyn Hobbs, M.A., currently serves as the Culture Engagement Coordinator at Lenovo, a position held since June 2025. Prior to this role, Madelyn gained experience as a Talent and People Operations Intern at KIPP North Carolina Public Schools from April 2024 to May 2025 and as an Animal Care & Well Being Assistant at Butterball, LLC from September 2023 to January 2024. Additional roles include Seasonal Administrative Coordinator at Nutrien and Psychometrics Lab Research Assistant at North Carolina State University. Madelyn has also worked as a Certified HELPS Intervention Coach at Helps Education Fund and held various positions while studying. Madelyn earned a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Meredith College and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from North Carolina State University, following an Associate of Arts from Sampson Community College.
