Monika Lubczak - Pufelska

Monika L. is an accomplished talent acquisition professional with extensive global experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Global Head of the Sourcing Hub (SMART) - Talent Acquisition at Lenovo since November 2022, Monika has successfully established a global research and sourcing center while championing diversity and inclusion initiatives. Previous roles include serving as Global Director of Talent Attraction at JTI, where Monika set up three talent acquisition hubs worldwide, and Head of Resourcing at Standard Chartered Bank. With a background in managing talent acquisition activities across multiple regions for organizations such as MoneyGram International, Randstad, and HSBC, Monika brings deep expertise in senior recruitment across sectors including investment banking and private equity. Monika holds a Master’s degree in Applied Linguistics from Uniwersytet Marii Curie-Skłodowskiej w Lublinie.
