Rowan Cress

Rowan Cress is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in client relations, marketing, and customer service. Currently serving as Client Director at Lenovo, Rowan has previously held roles such as SMB Hybrid Account Executive and Customer Service Representative. Past positions include Marketing and Communications Lead at 1D Sailing, Vice President of Marketing and Communications as well as Events Chair and Student Ambassador at Queen's Student Alumni Association. Additional experience includes a Summer Student role in Operational Processes at Bell and Recreation Supervisor at ClubLink. Rowan holds a Bachelor of Science Honours (BScH) in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from Queen's University, attained in 2018, and completed secondary education at Malvern Collegiate Institute from 2009 to 2013.
