Shailendra Katyal

Shailendra Katyal is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the technology and consumer goods sectors. Currently serving as the Managing Director of Lenovo India P Ltd and Site Leader for Lenovo Group since August 2018, Shailendra is responsible for overseeing the consumer business across India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, and Nepal. Prior roles include Head of Strategic Initiatives at Wipro Consumer Care and Lighting, and multiple leadership positions at Lenovo, where Shailendra established the strategy office and drove successful P&L management in various business units, notably achieving significant market share in the consumer PC and tablet segments. Earlier in Shailendra's career at Marico Ltd., responsibilities included managing iconic brands in personal care and overseeing growth strategies. Shailendra holds a PGDM in Marketing and Finance from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a BBS in Finance from Delhi University.
