Stacey Archer

Stacey Archer serves as the Global Human Resources Director at Lenovo, a position held since May 2011, after progressing through various HR leadership roles within the company. With extensive experience in HR, Stacey has successfully transitioned recruitment processes and designed strategies that foster an entrepreneurial environment. Prior involvement includes independent philanthropic work supporting The Hospital For Sick Children and roles at IBM and Celestica, where Stacey managed vendor accounts and led significant HR initiatives. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Business from Trent University, complemented by a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Seneca College.
