Jessica Castellano has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jessica started their career as an Informatics Assistant at Cleveland Clinic Homecare in 2004 and held the position until 2007. Jessica then worked as an Executive Assistant at KeyCorp from 2007 to 2008. Following that, they served as a Business Analyst - Corporate Investigations at KeyBank from 2008 to 2011. In 2010, they joined Northwestern Mutual as the Executive Director of Recruitment and held that role until 2019. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as a Manager at Supplement Haven LLC. Jessica then served as a Contract Recruiter at rekroot from 2019 to 2022. In 2022, they joined Bell Falls Search as a Recruiting Principal, and later in the same year, they assumed the position of Director, Sales Recruitment at Lenox Advisors.
Jessica Castellano completed their high school education at Normandy High School from 1998 to 2001, earning a High School Diploma. Jessica then attended the University of Mount Union from 2001 to 2003, studying sociology. Afterward, they transferred to Cleveland State University, where they pursued a degree in Sociology/Criminology with a focus on Criminal Justice from 2003 to 2005.
