Previously, at Lenox Advisors, Isabel served as the Vice President of Insurance Operations, driving growth, operational efficiency, and exceptional customer service through data analytics and innovation. Isabel also held the position of Vice President of New Business Operations, overseeing departmental growth, structure, and team building while enhancing the customer experience through strategic initiatives. Prior to that, Isabel held roles at Empire Wealth Strategies, AXA Equitable, Fifth Avenue Financial, Northwestern Mutual, and Humana, where they gained expertise in various aspects of new business development, underwriting coordination, executive assistance, office management, and health insurance. Overall, Isabel's work experience showcases their leadership skills, strategic mindset, and dedication to driving results and improving business outcomes.
Isabel Velasquez, MSOL, completed their Master's degree in Organizational Leadership at Manhattan College from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Management from the University of Phoenix, where they studied from 2013 to 2017.
In addition to their formal education, Isabel has also earned several certifications. In December 2018, they obtained the certification for Emerging Leaders from NFP. In August 2016, they obtained the ACS - Life Insurance (Associate, Customer Service) certification and the ALMI (Associate, Life Management Institute) certification, both from LOMA.
