Keith Stubbs

Keith Stubbs has a diverse and extensive work experience in the mortgage lending industry. Keith has held various roles in multiple companies over the years. Starting from 1991, Keith worked in retail, correspondent, and wholesale lending for companies such as Home Savings, WAMU, and Chevy Chase Bank. In 2009, they joined Fremont Bank as a Producing Regional Sales Manager where they successfully increased production by 240% and expanded the South California territory. In 2015, Keith became the VP National Sales Manager at Planet Home Lending, where they led the start-up TPO channel and played a crucial role in decision-making, pricing, and operational direction. In 2017, they joined Mega Capital Funding as the VP Producing Regional Manager, overseeing ultra-competitive pricing and a wide range of loan products. Currently, since 2019, Keith is employed as the EVP Wholesale at Lenox Financial Mortgage Corp. dba WesLend Financial, focusing on making broker partners' lives easier by providing diverse loan offerings and a high-quality customer experience.

Keith Stubbs earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from UC Santa Barbara between 1982 and 1985. In addition to their degree, they obtained the certification of Certified Life and Health Insurance Agent in January 2008 and became a licensed Real Estate Agent in California in January 1985.
