Shashwat Aditya

Shashwat Aditya is a seasoned professional with expertise in program management and human resources. Currently serving as a Program Manager at Lenskart.com since November 2024, Shashwat previously worked at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories as an L&D Partner and in the Young Leaders Program as a Management Trainee from July 2023 to November 2024. Prior to that, Shashwat held positions at Tata Steel, advancing from Graduate Management Trainee to Deputy Manager between August 2019 and June 2021.
