Sunil Dubey

Sunil Dubey serves as the Head HRBP for Global Supply Chain and Customer Service at Lenskart.com since August 2024, where leadership is provided to enhance employee experiences in these critical areas. As the Founder and CEO of GreenLungs Earth Foundation since April 2020, Sunil is dedicated to planting One Billion Fruit Trees and educating 10 Million Girls through fruit-related income initiatives. Prior to Lenskart, Sunil was the Director of HR at Flipkart from April 2020 to August 2024, overseeing Mother Hub Operations and managing a large HR team for extensive workforce support. In earlier roles, Sunil held the position of Associate Vice President - HR at OYO and Chief Human Resources Officer at EM3 Agriservices Pvt. Ltd. Sunil's academic credentials include a Certificate in Human Resources Management from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a Master of Social Work from Indore School of Social Work.
