Andrew Gallegos is the founder and CEO of Lentech, Inc., a small disadvantaged business providing technology-enabled IT Solutions, and space, intelligence and cyber solutions, to civil, defense, and national intelligence customers. Mr. Gallegos is a seasoned executive committed to credible and mission-focused solutions and services based on trust, integrity and the highest ethical values. He provides strategic direction, vision and integration of solution platforms for Lentech high-powered executive team of professionals.

Mr. Gallegos served as the executive vice president and chief operating officer of NJVC, LLC, a $450 million IT Solutions and Services provider to the federal government defense and intelligence communities. Mr. Gallegos is a former chair of the board of NJVC and was instrumental to the company founding in 2000.

Previously, Mr. Gallegos co-founded and was chair of the board at Proposal Excellence Corporation, a government proposal development company. Previously, he served nine years with the largest Alaska Native Corporation (ANC), Arctic Slope Regional Corporation where he was president of two of their subsidiary companies and also served as the executive vice president of their $320 million holding company, providing oversight of six subsidiary companies, including numerous joint ventures. As the EVP, Mr. Gallegos was involved in all corporate-level business activities including the development of strategy, growth objectives, business plans, and budgets for seven companies, serving on boards, supporting company startups, acquisitions efforts, and forming joint ventures.

Mr. Gallegos experience also includes 20 years with Lockheed Martin in the Satellite Command and Control field, where he served in 14 worldwide assignments in various technical, program management, business operations, and business development positions, all involving increasing levels of responsibility. He ultimately served as Lockheed Martin Mission Systems Director of Space Engineering Group.
