Sanjay Kao

Sanjay Kao currently serves as the Executive Vice President for the Asia Pacific region at Lentra, a position held since June 2022. In addition, Sanjay serves as an Independent Director at BOBCARD Ltd since January 2022. Previously, Sanjay held leadership roles at Ujjivan Small Finance Bank Limited, leading Human Resources and serving as Chief Business Officer from February 2018 to October 2021. With extensive experience in the financial services sector, Sanjay was the Consumer Business Head at Dunia Finance from June 2009 to January 2018 and held various senior positions at RBS, Citibank, and Mashreqbank. Sanjay's educational background includes an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from Banaras Hindu University Institute of Technology.
