Shane Burns

Shane Burns is a Lead Data Scientist with experience in developing AI and Data Science solutions in various industries. Currently leading the AI and Data Science activities at Lenus Health, Shane collaborates with the NHS to improve patient care. Previously, Shane worked as a Lead Data Scientist at Storm ID, focusing on data-driven solutions for clients. Additionally, Shane has experience in developing AI for predicting the health of Bee colonies at ApisProtect and algorithm development for sensor data analytics at Dairymaster. With a PhD in Applied Mathematics, Shane also has experience as a Support Lecturer at NUI Galway.
