Jason Xiao

Jason Xiao is an experienced finance professional with over two decades of expertise in financial management across various sectors. Currently serving as Finance Director for the Textile Division North Asia and Commercial Fibers Asia at Lenzing Group since August 2012, Jason drives growth and enhances commercial performance while ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Previous roles include Finance Controller for Manufacturing Nanjing and Finance Manager for the Shanghai sales office, where responsibilities encompassed financial compliance, budgeting, auditing, and stakeholder engagement. Earlier in the career, roles at Pacific Coast Feather Company, Fitness & Health Trading Co., and 中国石化 provided a solid foundation in financial accounting, tax compliance, and financial analysis. Jason holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance Management from Hohai University.
