Avery Sarden

Avery Sarden, LEED AP BD+C, has extensive experience in architecture and operations management, currently serving as Vice President and Director of Operations at Leo A Daly since January 2008. In this role, Sarden oversees critical operations in marketing, business development, finance, quality assurance, design services, human resources, and risk management, while also acting as a liaison for corporate-wide BIM and Revit initiatives. Prior experience includes serving as President and Senior Operations Officer at Planning Research Analysis & Design Group, Inc., where a public relations and marketing campaign was developed to enhance the firm’s marketplace visibility. Sarden held the position of Vice President and Partner at Gardner, Spencer, Smith, Sarden & Associates, focusing on marketing, client relations, design services, and construction administration. Sarden holds both a Bachelor and Master of Architecture degree from Tuskeegee Institute, earned between 1975 and 1981.
