Cheri Pavlik

Cheri Pavlik serves as Vice President and Director of Business Development at LEO A DALY since September 2025, previously holding the same title at The Weitz Company from December 2021 to September 2025. With extensive experience in business development within architectural and construction firms, Cheri has successfully driven growth across multiple markets including Senior Living, Corporate Commercial, and Health Care. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Business Development at LEO A DALY and Hedrick Brothers Construction, as well as serving as President and Interior Designer at Tranquil Interiors, Inc. Cheri holds a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design from Michigan State University and completed a course in Real Estate Development through the Urban Land Institute.
