Melissa Healy

Melissa Healy (Diglio) has a diverse and extensive work experience in the creative and marketing industry. Melissa started their career at corchiawolinerrhoda as a senior designer from March 1999 to May 2000. Later, they worked at Xceed as a senior designer from May 2000 to June 2001. Melissa then joined Bennett Adelson as a creative director from May 2002 to August 2005. Following that, they worked at Tribal DDB as an ACD from October 2005 to March 2010. Melissa then joined Digitas as a vp/director, creative from April 2010 to April 2015. After that, they worked at The Abundancy as a Group Creative Director from an undisclosed start date in 2015 to January 2017. Currently, Melissa is working at Leo Burnett, where they hold the position of SVP Group Creative Director, Employee Belonging and Participation Lead since January 2017. Melissa also took on the role of SVP, Employee Belonging & Participation Lead in January 2020.

Melissa Healy (Diglio) obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Graphic Design from Ohio University, completing their studies between 1994 and 1998.
