US Project Manager at Leo Cancer Care

Andrew Amendola has a diverse work experience beginning in 2013 as a Junior Intern at Athena GTX. Andrew then worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the Virtual Soldier Research Program, University of Iowa from February 2014 to July 2015. Following this, they served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at The University of Iowa from August 2015 to January 2016. From June 2016 to September 2021, Andrew worked at Arthrex, first as an Associate Engineer - Distal Extremities and then as a Product Engineer II - Distal Extremities. Andrew then joined Exact Sciences in October 2021 as a Project Manager for Research & Development until April 2023. Currently, Andrew is working at Leo Cancer Care as a US Project Manager since May 2023.

Andrew Amendola, MS, MBA has a diverse education history. Andrew obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Florida Gulf Coast University, completing the program between 2018 and 2020. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Biomedical Engineering at the University of Iowa, which they earned from 2015 to 2016. Extending their engineering background, Andrew had previously achieved a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (B.S.E.) in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Iowa, where they studied from 2011 to 2015.

In addition to their academic achievements, Andrew has obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills. Andrew earned a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from the University of South Florida Muma College of Business in May 2021. Furthermore, they completed the Arthrex Personal Leadership Program offered by Arthrex in December 2020. Additionally, Andrew obtained a Project Management Foundations certification from Lynda.com in March 2020.
