Allan Clement

Allan Clement is an experienced Project Manager specializing in the engineering design, procurement, and construction of natural gas facilities and midstream NGL projects. With a career spanning over a decade, Allan has held significant roles at TC Energy since June 2019, managing both brownfield and greenfield natural gas compressor stations. Prior to this, Allan worked at DCP Midstream from August 2017 to May 2019, focusing on midstream NGL pump stations and meter station facilities, as well as serving as a Project Coordinator. Previous experience includes positions at NorTex Midstream Partners, LLC, and DRL Engineering LLC, where responsibilities included project management, scheduling, procurement, and cost control. Allan began a career in the industry as a Summer Intern at TFT-Pneumatic, LLC, following a role as a Project/Mechanic Technician Assistant at Lakeshore Sports and Service. Allan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University.
