Anne Cathrine Fleischer

Anne Cathrine Fleischer is the CEO of LEO Innovation Lab, a position they have held for 6 years and 11 months. Anne is also the Vice Chairman of Nationalt Partnerskab for Sundhedsdata and a Board Member of British Chamber of Commerce in Denmark (BCCD) and SkinVision.

Anne Cathrine has a long history of working in the Health Tech industry. Anne was part of the founding team that established LEO Innovation Lab, and has managed a portfolio of projects within IOT, patient support solutions, wearables, and overall 'Quality of Life'. In their role as CEO, Anne Cathrine has been responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of 10 investments within Health Tech - all companies that will improve and impact the way health CARE is provided in the future.

Prior to their work at LEO Innovation Lab, Anne Cathrine was the Chief Executive Officer of LEO Ventures, where they facilitated our work within "LEO ilab ideation framework" and led a team of developers in NYC. Anne also launched the product 'Relate', which was designed to test if the world needed a digital solution where it is free to "talk about your skin" and where users could ask all the questions they don't feel comfortable talking with their doctor about. The platform gained very valuable insights on the need for more information and education - both for the insured and the uninsured population having issues with their skin. The product was stopped as a stand alone - but is now a features in other products.

Anne Cathrine Fleischer holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) from the Danmarks Tekniske Universitet in Production Management, a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (Financial Management) from Copenhagen Business School, and an Erasmus stipendium from the Technische Universität München in Technology and Innovation Management, Produktentwicklung und Konstruktion, Technologie Marketing. Anne also holds a 10th grade from Ågård Ungdomskole and a Matematisk student from Haderslev Katedralskole.
