David Flanagan

David Flanagan is an experienced Contracts Manager with a robust background in construction management, having held key positions at various companies since 2000. David currently works at Leo Lynch, overseeing contracts since November 2022, and previously served in similar roles at JJ Rhatigan & Company and Stewart Construction. David's tenure includes positions at Manley Construction as a Contracts Director, where responsibilities encompassed project oversight and client liaising, and prior contract management roles at Clark Contracts and LM Construction.
