Abhay Shah

Abhay Shah, third generation in the Leo Family, always had his heart in the relocation industry. Born & brought up in Bangalore, after completing mechanical engineering in 2006, he moved to Germany to pursue M.Sc. in automotive engineering. Upon graduation he joined Mercedes Benz to be a part of the elite R&D team for Mercedes Benz Diesel cars. He returned to India in 2012 to join Leo as a business development manager.

His interest for Automobiles continued as he stayed on with Mercedes Benz as an external consultant for a year. With higher opportunities in Relocation industry & increase in responsibly, he decided to devote all his working time to Leo. He pioneered the Leo International division partnering with various freight forwarders & relocation companies across the globe.

Apart from the International business, he spearheaded the tie up with various multinational companies to provide pan India relocation service to their employees. Leo currently has tie up’s with close to 30 MNCs, serving them across India. At Leo, his responsibilities also include Marketing & IT Infrastructure.
