Becki Morison

EVP, Global Therapeutic & Value Strategy at Leo Pharma

Becki Morison is the EVP of Global Therapeutic & Value Strategy at Leo Pharma. Becki has over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including stints at Eli Lilly and Company and First Health.

At Eli Lilly, Becki served as Vice President of US Immunology, where they were responsible for developing a business to business strategy for the long term care segment and leading national account teams. During their time at Eli Lilly, they helped the company exceed sales targets of $600 million.

Before joining Leo Pharma, Becki was the Director of Sales and Account Management at First Health, where they managed teams responsible for new sales acquisition and large account management for large Fortune 500 employers and health plans.

Becki Morison has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Religion from Denison University, as well as taking financial accounting courses at the University of Chicago.

They are on a team with Guillaume Clément - EVP, Region Europe, Brian Hilberdink - EVP & President, US, and Philip Eickhoff - EVP & Chief Financial Officer. Their manager is Christophe Bourdon, CEO.
