Katherine Swolfs

Katherine Swolfs is an accomplished professional in the pharmaceutical industry with extensive experience in commercial strategy, analytics, and insights. Currently serving as Vice President at LEO Pharma since June 2019, Katherine has advanced from Chief of Staff and Executive Director roles within the same organization. Prior experience includes positions at Purdue Pharma L.P. as Associate Director of New Product Planning and Senior Manager of Strategic Planning & Operations. Katherine began a career at Accenture as a Business Strategy Manager and Strategy Consultant, following an initial role as a Sales Representative at Eli Lilly and Company. Katherine holds a B.S. in Biology and Political Science from Villanova University, earned from 2001 to 2005.
