Mia Enghave

Mia Enghave currently serves as the Global IT Asset Management Delivery Lead at LEO Pharma, focusing on software asset management, finance, business cases, contracts, process optimization, and cost savings since April 2018. Prior to this role, Mia held multiple positions at A.P. Moller - Maersk from July 2014 to March 2018, including Global Software Asset Manager and Head of Service Enhancements. At Maersk Line, Mia advanced through roles such as Head of Portfolio Support and Executive Assistant to the CFO between 2010 and 2014. Earlier career experiences include positions in marketing and administration at companies like Elizabeth Arden and Lever Faberge. Mia holds a Cand.merc degree in Innovation and Business Development and a B.Sc. in International Business from Copenhagen Business School, along with education from London Metropolitan University and Ballerup Handelsskole.
