Mie Struwe Mynster is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in international operations, compliance, and various legal contexts. Currently serving as Senior Director, Head of International Operations Legal & Compliance at LEO Pharma since May 2017, Mie has held multiple roles within the company, progressively advancing through positions of increasing responsibility. Prior experience includes a tenure at LETT from 2008 to April 2017, where Mie's focus on natural resources, energy, and transport involved advising enterprises and public authorities on international commercial contracts. Additionally, Mie has experience in insurance and reinsurance law, having worked as an attorney for large Danish and international insurance companies. Early career experiences include a legal internship with Mound Cotton Wollan & Greengrass and a role at the Ministry of Economic and Business Affairs. Mie holds an LL.M. in International and Comparative Law from Chicago-Kent College of Law and a Cand.Jur. from the University of Copenhagen.
