Thomas Lindsted

Thomas Lindsted currently serves as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Senior Vice President (SVP) of Global IT & Business Services at LEO Pharma since 2023, based in Gdansk, Poland. Previously, from 2019 to 2023, Thomas held the position of Head of DevOps and Deputy CIO at Ferring Pharmaceuticals, overseeing significant initiatives such as consolidating application management teams and establishing an IT Center of Excellence in Lisbon. Thomas has extensive experience with Novo Nordisk, where roles included Corporate Vice President of Global IT Operations and Vice President of IT Governance, managing large teams and driving key IT strategies. Earlier positions include board membership at Intellishore and consulting roles at R5 A/S and Danfoss A/S, focusing on SAP implementations across various companies. Thomas holds an HD in Regnskabsvæsen from Syddansk Universitet and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business Administration from Aarhus University.
