Thomas Richardson

Thomas Richardson is a seasoned professional in clinical research and outsourcing compliance with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as the Senior Clinical Outsourcing Compliance Manager at LEO Pharma since September 2023, Thomas previously held positions as General Manager at both Acceler8 Clinical Research and The CQA Company, managing operations and maintaining quality standards. From August 2015 to January 2020, Thomas was the Director and General Manager of The CLINICAL TRIAL Company (Asia), providing essential support services across the Asia-Pacific region. Thomas began a career in clinical research at Renovo as a Clinical Data Manager and progressed to roles including Senior Clinical Research Associate at LEO Pharma. Thomas holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Science from The University of Sheffield.
