Tinne Bigum

Tinne Bigum currently serves as the Global Talent Acquisition Development Lead at LEO Pharma, where responsibilities include the development and implementation of Global Talent Acquisition strategies and the Global Onboarding Program since November 2021. Prior to this role, Tinne held positions at Agilent Technologies, serving as Strategic TA Lead and Talent Acquisition Partner for Europe, as well as a Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Partner & Staffing Specialist. Both roles involved end-to-end recruitment across Europe for technical and generalist positions. Tinne's career began at Dako, where responsibilities encompassed creating a central recruitment function, HR consulting, and administrative support. Tinne holds an Academy Profession Degree in Human Resources & Leadership from Business Academy Copenhagen North and a Private Sector Administration Degree from BEC Business, along with a Higher Commercial Examination - HHX.
