Amelia (Jeffrey) O’Donnell

Amelia (Jeffrey) O’Donnell is an experienced professional in client success and customer experience, currently serving as the Director of Client Success at Leoforce since August 2021, where previous roles included Manager of Client Success and Integrations and Client Success Manager. Prior experience includes serving as a Client Success Manager at Abrigo, where responsibilities encompassed managing customer relationships, account renewals, and risk mitigation.
