Stephen Woods

Stephen Woods has extensive experience in finance and management roles. Stephen is currently working as the Vice President of Finance at Leon Capital Group. Prior to this, they served as the SVP of Finance at EyeCare Services Partners, where they oversaw the budgeting process for multiple locations and implemented cost-cutting measures. Before that, they worked as the VP of Finance at Evolution Health, where they successfully integrated financial systems across multiple acquisitions. Stephen also has experience as the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Jordan Health Service and as the Finance Manager at Accelion Health/Beaumont Home Health Services. Stephen began their career as a Business Analyst at Current Energy, where they managed budgets and reported to the CFO.

Stephen Woods completed their education in a chronological order. Stephen obtained their MBA in Business Administration from the Texas McCombs School of Business, where they studied from 2001 to 2002. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Engineering at Texas A&M University, attending from 1994 to 1998.

In addition to their formal education, Stephen Woods has also acquired certifications. In July of 2004, they became a Certified Public Accountant through the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy. Stephen also obtained the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) credential from the CFA Institute in December of 2003.
