Arela Solis

Arela Solis currently serves as the Head of Operations and Strategy on the founding team at Leona Health since October 2023 and has been a mentor at Techstars since July 2024. Previously, Arela held multiple leadership roles at Wonder, including Lead for Go-to-Market New Launches, Strategy & Operations for WonderX, and Chief of Staff to the CEO, from February 2022 to October 2023. Experience includes positions at Twentyeight Health as an MBA Strategy Manager in 2021, Rucker Park Capital as an Investor & Strategic Initiatives in 2020, and various roles at Uber from September 2016 to June 2019, leading strategy and operations for Uber Eats. Arela's earlier roles include Program Leader/Co-Founder for Latin America at Elevation W, Business Strategy and Social Innovation at HUMAN, and Strategy and Business Development at New Ventures México. Arela holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México, along with education from UNSW, Lycée Franco Mexicain, and College Alpin Beau Soleil.
