Bethany King possesses extensive experience in talent acquisition and business management, currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Leonard Buildings & Truck Accessories and Kootenai Health while also managing their own business, Uncle Ray’s Products, since April 2020. Previous roles include talent acquisition positions at Compass Group and The Select Group, and account management at Gillco Ingredients, where Bethany focused on client needs and recruitment strategies. Bethany's early career included roles in customer service and marketing internships, along with significant leadership experience as Miss Shaw University, where Bethany enhanced student engagement and retention.
