Brendan Simpson

Brendan Simpson has extensive experience in quality and compliance roles in the healthcare sector. Brendan is currently serving as the Head of Quality and Compliance at Leonard Cheshire. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Health and Social Care Regulatory Compliance at HCRG Care Group. Brendan also worked as a Quality Manager at Bluebird Care and as a Quality and Compliance Manager, Registered Manager, and Deputy Manager at Voyage Care Ltd.

Brendan Simpson completed a Level 5 degree in Coaching Professional from the Institute for Apprenticeships & Technical Education in 2023. Prior to that, they obtained a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care from an undisclosed institution between 2013 and 2015. Brendan also holds a Foundation degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the University of Cumbria, which they earned from 2009 to 2011.
