Daniel Wiles is an experienced professional in the fields of disability, training, and consultancy. Currently serving as the Training and Consultancy Manager at Leonard Cheshire since May 2019, Daniel leads initiatives to promote inclusive approaches to disability, employment, and customer service within organizations. In addition to this role, Daniel holds the position of Chair of the Board of Trustees for Frontier Camps, which provides holidays for young people from socially deprived backgrounds, and serves as a trustee on the leadership team. Prior experience includes working as a Disability Trainer and Consultant for the Business Disability Forum, where Daniel developed and implemented training interventions while providing assistance on disability-related inquiries. Daniel also contributed as a Deputy Manager at London Cyrenians, aiding individuals in transitioning back to the community, and as a Support Worker with the Hampshire Autistic Society.
