Hugh Fenn

Hugh Fenn has extensive experience in leadership and operations within the community and commercial sectors. Currently serving as the Managing Director of UK Community at Leonard Cheshire since November 2016, Hugh previously held the position of Executive Director, Operations at Moat Homes Limited from January 2011 to June 2016, where responsibility included overseeing a team of 230 and managing a portfolio of 21,000 homes. Prior to that, Hugh worked at BAA from June 2003 to January 2011 as Retail Director, Services, focusing on strategic development and income generation across various commercial sectors. Additional roles include National Operations Director at Compass Group UK & Ireland from January 2000 to June 2003, and Regional Operations Manager and Regional Development Manager at Whitbread: Costa Coffee from 1994 to 2000.
