Stephen Billingham CBE is an accomplished finance and governance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple sectors. Currently serving as a Trustee and Chair of the Finance, Audit and Risk Committee at Leonard Cheshire since July 2023, Stephen has previously held significant positions including Chairman of Urenco Limited, Balfour Beatty plc, and Anglian Water Services.
