Rony Kort

Rony Kort currently serves as the Chief Talent Officer at Leonard Green & Partners since March 2024. Prior to this role, Rony was the VP of People at Greycroft from September 2021 to February 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing talent management at a prominent venture capital firm. Rony also held the position of VP of People at Clutter from October 2017 to September 2021, contributing to a rapidly growing logistics startup. Earlier in Rony's career, positions included VP of Talent and Chief of Staff at The Boston Consulting Group from September 2015 to October 2017, and Associate in Structured Finance at Deutsche Bank from August 2008 to July 2013. Rony holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BS in Finance from Binghamton University.
