Randall Tucker Fullmer

Randall Tucker Fullmer is a GIS & Design Specialist at LRE Water since March 2021, bringing extensive experience in geospatial and technical roles. Prior positions include Product Coordinator and Geospatial Product Specialist at TCarta from January 2016 to August 2020, as well as GNSS Post Processor and Orthoimagery Technician at CompassData, Inc. from March 2014 to April 2015. Randall’s earlier experience encompasses roles as a Lab/Technical Assistant at Rutgers University, a GeoCorps Geology/GIS Specialist for the Geological Society of America, and as an Office/Lab Assistant at the University of Utah. Randall holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from the University of Colorado Denver, complemented by prior education at the University of Utah and participation in Semester at Sea.
