Riccardo Grinover is an accomplished professional with a wealth of experience in product management, startup advisory, and mentorship in the AI and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Product Manager at Leonardo.Ai, Riccardo leads high-priority projects aimed at accelerating innovation and refining product delivery processes. As an Accelerator Advisor for Startmate and a Startup Mentor for Blackbird’s Giants program, Riccardo actively supports emerging startups in developing their MVPs and navigating the entrepreneurial landscape. Past experience includes co-founding Standard Retail Co. and Replica Studios, where Riccardo contributed to the development of generative AI technologies and secured significant venture capital funding.
