David Hamann

David Hamann is an experienced engineer with a robust background in process integration and product development, currently serving as a Senior Principal Process Engineer V at Leonardo DRS since May 2017. Hamann has led complex problem-solving initiatives, managed new product integrations, and served as a subject matter expert in micro-bolometer and ROIC fabrication foundries. With previous positions as Principal and Senior Process Engineer, contributions included developing innovative queries for yield analysis and mentoring staff. Prior roles also encompassed engineering responsibilities at Fisher Barton Specialty Products and Texas Instruments, where project management and process improvement were key focuses. Hamann holds a Bachelor's Degree in Materials Science & Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, an MBA, and a Graduate Certificate in Project Management from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas.
