Mike Palmunen, PMP, currently serves as Principal Program Manager at Leonardo DRS, where responsibilities include leading and negotiating a multi-phase $170M proposal effort for the U.S. Previously, Mike held various roles at Pratt & Whitney, including Integrated Product Team Lead for both Advanced Engine Programs and Military Engines, where notable achievements encompass leading a multi-disciplinary team through the design phases of a turbine rotor system, managing budget and schedule goals, and overseeing safety investigations. Mike's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration with concentrations in Management and International Business and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, both from the University of Connecticut.
