Sean Flynn

Sean Flynn is an accomplished manufacturing engineer with extensive experience in both engineering and management roles. Currently serving as Principal Manufacturing Engineer at Leonardo DRS since August 2020, Sean previously held positions at L3Harris Technologies as Manufacturing Engineering Manager and at L3 Technologies as a Manufacturing Engineer. Earlier experience includes roles at BAE Systems as Senior Supplier Quality Engineer and Industrial Project Engineer, and at OPW, a Dover Company as Manufacturing Supervisor and Manufacturing Engineering Co-op. Sean’s foundation in mechanical engineering was established with a B.S. from the University of Cincinnati, followed by an MBA focusing on Project Management from Mississippi State University. Additional experience includes various technical roles in educational and recreational settings.
