Alexis Hammer

Alexis Hammer is the Head of International Business at Leonardo, where they lead international defense and security export campaigns while influencing government leaders both in the UK and abroad. With a strong background in strategy, innovation, and business growth, Alexis has extensive P&L experience in both public and private sectors. They previously held significant roles such as Director at the Department of International Trade and Department Manager at Dstl, overseeing large-scale projects and research initiatives. A Fellow of the Institute of Directors, Alexis is also a graduate of the Royal College of Defence Studies, where they earned a Master’s degree in International Security and Strategy.
