Donatella Catapano

Donatella Catapano is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the aerospace and defense sectors, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Legal Affairs at Leonardo Helicopter Division since September 2002. Catapano's roles have included Chief of the Legal Department and Head of International Contracts and M&A, directly supporting the CEO and the General Counsel. Previous positions include Senior Legal Counsel for Finmeccanica SpA, where responsibilities encompassed national and international contracts, litigation, and antitrust matters. Catapano has also contributed to the boards of various organizations, including Kopter Group AG and Agusta Westland SpA.
