Fabrizio Mantegazza

Fabrizio Mantegazza is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organization, compensation, and process management, currently serving as the Head of Organisation, Compensation and Process Management System at Leonardo since June 2019. Prior to this role, Fabrizio held various positions at McKinsey & Company from September 2012 to June 2019, including Engagement Manager and Head of Transformation Programs.
