Francesco Rizzi

Francesco Rizzi is the Senior Vice President of the Space Line of Business at Leonardo S.p.A., where they are currently responsible for the Optronics & Space division. With over twenty years of experience at Leonardo and its predecessor companies, they have held multiple leadership roles including Program Manager and Integrated Project Team Leader, successfully directing large-scale aerospace programs in international contexts. Earlier in their career, Francesco served as an Officer in the Italian Air Force and worked as a Solar Array Engineer at Galileo Avionica. They hold a degree in Aerospace Engineering from Università degli Studi di Roma 'La Sapienza' and a Master's in General Management from IRI Management - Finmeccanica.
