Jim McLaughlin is currently the Director of Technology and Innovation at Leonardo Helicopters, where the focus is on advancing the tiltrotor technology roadmap. Previous experience includes roles as a Management Consultant at Drexel University and Strategic Development at Kennon Products, Inc., specializing in R&D market development and technology identification. McLaughlin has also served as an R&D Consultant at TDI Technologies and an Engineering Consultant at Piasecki Aircraft Corporation, providing expertise in aerospace consulting and advanced rotorcraft opportunities. Additionally, McLaughlin has held adjunct professor positions at Temple University and Neumann University, teaching courses on Global Innovation Strategy and Highly Effective Teams. A former candidate for State Representative in Pennsylvania, McLaughlin's extensive background at Boeing includes strategic and operations analysis as well as new product development for advanced rotorcraft.
