Karen Jane Gordon

Karen Jane Gordon has extensive experience in systems engineering, research, and finance. Karen Jane currently holds the title of Systems People and Capability Lead at Leonardo, where Karen Jane oversees systems engineering and people capability for Customer Support and Service Solutions. Additionally, Karen Jane has worked as a Lead Systems Engineer and Principal Systems Engineer, focusing on active imaging technologies. Prior to their current role, Karen Jane served as a Systems Engineer at Selex ES Edinburgh. Karen also has a background in finance, having completed all CIMA exams to TopCIMA level. Karen Jane holds a Ph.D. in Physics from Heriot-Watt University and has supervised projects related to quantum key distribution and quantum dot characterisation.
