Mario MERLO

Mario Merlo is the Senior Vice President of Quality at Leonardo, bringing over 25 years of extensive experience in the automotive industry, specializing in quality, operation, technical, and supplier management. Previously, they held significant roles at TRW, where they led product development and European quality organization initiatives, and at Magneti Marelli, where they directed global supplier quality efforts. Mario has been influential in launching new technologies and establishing quality management practices across multiple international locations. They are currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on production management at Università degli Studi di Brescia.
